Neptune Technological Cores Pepare Future Tests CDC Lab

On 21th of December, 2024, the technological development team for the test vehicle HV-6B and HV-5H visited the Chinese Dredging Group Co., Ltd (CDC) national key laboratory in Jiading district, Shanghai.

The CDC has one of the most advanced civil water tank testing facilities. The Neptune Engineering team will work with them to test out hydrodynamic and aerodynamic performances of new vehicles using their water tank featuring wave and wind generation.

In this meeting, engineers from both sides have completed an initial agreement on the plans of experiment, including the installation positions and conditions to be tested. The actual installation and tests will be conducted in Feb, 2025 after the Chinese New Year.
